NOVELTY - Preparing multi-colored fluorescence graphene quantum dot by microwave method comprises e.g. adding carbon material in concentrated nitric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid mixed solution, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain dispersion, heating and refluxing, diluting with ultrapure water, adding potassium carbonate/sodium carbonate in reaction diluent, allowing to stand, pump filtering to remove salt, dialyzing lower layer of salt in the supernatant, desolventizing, freeze-drying to obtain carbon monoxide material, adding N,N-dimethylformamide, ultrasonically dispersing. USE - The method is useful for preparing multi-colored fluorescence graphene quantum dot by microwave method (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares graphene quantum dot of different fluorescent color, achieves high quantum dot yield. The graphene quantum dot is uniform, stable, and strong, and has good application value in biological mark and fluorescence imaging. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing multi-colored fluorescence graphene quantum dot by microwave method comprises (i) adding carbon material in concentrated nitric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid mixed solution, ultrasonically making carbon material to disperse uniformly to obtain dispersion, heating and refluxing, diluting with ultrapure water to obtain diluting liquid, then adding potassium carbonate or sodium carbonate in reaction diluent, reacting and allowing to stand, pump filtering to remove salt, then dialyzing the lower layer of salt in the supernatant, after the analysis is completed to be transparent, using rotary evaporation method and desolventizing the resulting solution, and freeze-drying to obtain carbon monoxide material, and (ii) adding carbon monoxide material in N,N-dimethylformamide, ultrasonically dispersing material so that the carbon dioxide reaction under microwave condition will disperse evenly, purifying resulting product by microporous filter membrane, suction filtering and spin-drying filtrate, then adding ultrapure water and carrying out ultrasonic treatment, redispersing obtained graphene quantum dot in ultrapure water to obtain dispersion liquid with silicon chip to filter, dialyzing filter liquid, obtaining graphene quantum point which emits green to yellow fluorescence.
