NOVELTY - Polyimide resin comprises 0.5-3 wt.% carbon nanotube, 0.5-3 wt.% nitride fine powder, 1.5-2 wt.% modified kaolin, 0.5-2 wt.% copper fluorosilicate, and graphene and polyimide resin (balance). The nitride fine powder is silicon nitride, zirconium nitride, titanium nitride, and zinc nitride with a mass ratio of 0.5:0.8:0.8:0.3. The preparation of modified kaolin includes placing kaolin in a ball mill and grinding to a particle size of 0.2-0.3 µm, adding coupling agent of 0.5-1.5% of the total mass of kaolin, and passing into high-speed mixer together, heating reaction at 70-90℃ and stirring at 2000 revolutions/minute for 10-30 minutes, heating to 110-120℃, stirring at 3000 revolutions/minute for 10-30 minutes, cooling to 80-100℃, and stirring reaction at 2000 revolutions/minute for 10-30 minutes to obtain a dispersant, adding to dispersant at a ratio of 3-7 ml dispersant per 1 mg graphene, and using ultrasonic to dispersing. USE - The polyimide resin is useful in aerospace, electronic appliance, military equipment field, automobile, communication and other tip technical fields. ADVANTAGE - The polyimide resin has improved interface bonding performance between the substrate and the graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing polyimide resin comprising adding prepared thermosetting polyimide resin to polyamic acid, imidization catalyst, dehydrating agent and filler, where relative to the amic acid group in the polyamic acid per mole, the imidization catalyst is included in a molar ratio of about 0.8-2.5 moles, the dehydrating agent is included in a molar ratio of about 2-4 moles per mole of the amic acid group in the polyamic acid, the average particle diameter D50 of the filler is less than 1.6 µm, and a thermosetting polyimide film is obtained, and the modulus of the thermosetting polyimide film is about 2.5-4 GPa.
