▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A synthesis method of 3,5-diiodosalicylic acid chloride comprises adding 3,5-diiodosalicylic acid, a catalyst, an organic solvent and thionyl chloride to a reaction container, heating and stirring at 40-65℃, refluxing and reacting until the reaction liquid becomes clear and reacting for 1-3 hours and removing the solvent to obtain a solid powder which is 3,5-diiodosalicylic acid chloride, where the catalyst is graphene oxide. The organic solvent is solvent (A), or a mixed solution of hexane and solvent (A) or a mixed solution of dichloroethane and solvent (A). The solvent (A) is at least one of pentane, dichloromethane and chloroform. The molar ratio of 3,5-diiodosalicylic acid and thionyl chloride is 1:1.5-1:5. The molar ratio of 3,5-diiodosalicylic acid to catalyst is 50:1-400:1. The mass ratio of 3,5-diiodosalicylic acid and organic solvent is 1:10-1:100. USE - The synthesis method of 3,5-diiodosalicylic acid chloride. ADVANTAGE - The method uses graphene oxide which increases the reaction sites, quickly initiates the reaction, makes the reaction easier to carry out, and optimizes the reaction temperature, reactant ratio and reaction time. The chemical reaction of the method has high atom economy, the purity of 3,5 diiodosalicylic acid chloride reaches up to 99.9% and the yield reaches up to 99.6%. The reaction conditions are mild, which significantly reduces the corrosion and loss of the reaction equipment and is easy to use and has easy operation and simple post-treatment.
