NOVELTY - The lubricating oil comprises 85-95 pts. wt. mineral base oil, 15-25 pts. wt. nonylphenol ethoxylates, 3-5 pts. wt. hexachlorocyclopentadiene, 5-5 pts. wt. ethanedithiol, 5-10 pts. wt. alkylated diphenylamine, 10-15 pts. wt. graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. modified zircon powder, 1-3 pts. wt. methyl carbamate and 2-4 pts. wt. benzimidazole. USE - Lubricating oil for use in injection molding machine. ADVANTAGE - The lubricating oil has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, thermal stability, foam resistance, sealing performance, strong adhesive force and high cleanliness, and satisfies injection hydraulic system requirements, and can be prepared in a simple and cost-effective manner on industrial scale. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing lubricating oil, which involves: (A) mixing graphene, modified zircon powder and methyl carbamate in insulating bag to carry out high-voltage pulsed electric field treatment for 35-50 minutes; (B) adding mineral base oil, nonylphenol ethoxylate, hexachlorocyclopentadiene, ethanedithiol, alkylated diphenylamine and benzimidazole at 65-75 degrees C under ultrasonic stirring for 30-45 minutes; and (C) adding high-voltage pulsed electric field treated remaining raw materials with high-speed stirring for 45-60 minutes to get the injection molding machine lubricant.
