▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method comprises obtaining an original graphene material as a raw material for manufacturing a micro-nano cattle-level force meter. A cutting pattern is determined. The original graphene material is cut by using a paper cutting technology under a nano scale. A stress strain curve of the cut graphene material is obtained. A measuring range of the cut graphene material is determined according to a linear elastic stage of the stress strain curve. A cutting geometric parameter is adjusted. The measuring range and precision of the cut graphene material are adjusted to obtain the micro-nano cattle-level force meter. USE - Manufacturing method of micro-nano cattle-level force meter. ADVANTAGE - The graphene material is used as raw material for manufacturing micro-nano meter force meter, which satisfies the detection of mechanical property of device under micro-nano scale. The force meter can be applied to the management and monitoring in the manufacturing process e.g. processing, assembling and so on under nano-scale device.
