NOVELTY - Preparing environment-friendly antibacterial polyurethane complex material comprises (i) taking beaker with volume of 1 l and placing in constant temperature experiment box, (ii) slowly adding 115 ml 98% concentrated sulfuric acid and 2.5 g sodium nitrate to a beaker in ice water bath at 0 degrees C, adding an infrared thermometer, slowly adding 5 g natural flake graphite, when temperature rising at 5 degrees C, and stirring for 30 minutes, (iii) adding 15 g potassium permanganate to beaker, observing infrared thermometer and controlling temperature at 15 degrees C by adding ice cubes, carrying out reaction for 2 hours, raising temperature at 35 degrees C by controlling constant temperature experiment box and continuously carrying out reaction for 2 hours, and (iv) dropping 230 ml deionized water through separating funnel, raising temperature at 98 degrees C and carrying out reaction for 0.5 hours by controlling constant temperature experiment box, finishing reaction, and quickly adding 700 ml deionized water. USE - The method is useful for preparing environment-friendly antibacterial polyurethane complex material. ADVANTAGE - The method: sets a temperature measuring assembly integrates temperature measurement and stirring; drives a temperature measuring mechanism and a stirring mechanism into the beaker by a sliding mechanism; realizes the effect of stirring and temperature measurement; provides temperature measuring mechanism with a temperature measuring rod and a protective cover; and protects infrared thermometers.
