▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Double-functional solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber/oxidized graphene composite material comprises a functional group comprising an amino group and a siloxane group. USE - Double-functionalized solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber/oxidized graphene composite material. Uses include but are not limited to tire, rubber tube, adhesive tape, and rubber shoes. ADVANTAGE - The double-functional solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber/oxidized graphene composite material has high specific surface, good hydrophilicity and mechanical properties, and improved dispersion of the oxidized graphene in the soluble polymerized poly-styrene- butadiene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing double-functionalized solution polymerized butadiene styrene rubber/oxidized graphene composite material, comprising (i) dispersing graphene oxide in the first organic solvent to obtain a graphene oxide suspension, dissolving the bifunctional solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber in a second organic solvent to obtain a rubber solution; where the first organic solvent and the second organic solvent are miscible or the same organic solvent; (ii) mixing the graphene oxide suspension with the rubber solution, removing the first organic solvent and the second organic solvent to obtain a bifunctional solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber/graphene oxide composite precursor; and (iii) subjecting to dehydration condensation reaction under the action of an initiator, and bifunctional solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber/graphene oxide composite precursor.
