▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Fiber-reinforced thermoplastic starch plate comprises 110-120 pts. wt. starch, 30-50 pts. wt. plasticizer, 2-20 pts. wt. natural cellulose fiber, and 3-5 pts. wt. graphene modified carbon fiber. USE - The fiber-reinforced thermoplastic starch plate is useful in bio-degradable material. ADVANTAGE - The method enhances mechanical properties of the sheet by adding graphene-modified carbon fiber, improves flame retardancy, evaporates graphene transparent layer on the surface of the plate to enhance the hydrophobicity, improves moisture-proof performance, and has scientific and reasonable components. The fiber-reinforced thermoplastic starch plate is renewable, biodegradable, environmentally friendly, and widely used. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of fiber-reinforced thermoplastic starch plate, comprising (i) providing starch, plasticizer, natural cellulose fiber and graphene modified carbon fiber, (ii) placing the natural cellulose fiber and plasticizer in a high-speed mixer, fully mixing, adding graphene modified carbon fiber and starch, and continuously mixing for 15-20 minutes to obtain mixed materials, and (iii) adding the mixed material into hopper of the double-screw extruder, and extruding through high-temperature melt blending and plasticizing until the mold is finalized to obtain fiber-reinforced thermoplastic starch plate.
