NOVELTY - Antistatic polytetrafluoroethylene fiber includes 80-100 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene micropowder, 2-10 pts. wt. nano-tin dioxide, 2-10 pts. wt. graphene nanoribbons and 10-20 pts. wt. aviation kerosene. USE - Antistatic polytetrafluoroethylene fiber for needle-punched felt (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared antistatic polytetrafluoroethylene fiber has reduced the electrostatic effect by changing the raw materials, and eliminates the need for antistatic treatment before production and saves manpower and costs. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: 1. preparation method of the antistatic polytetrafluoroethylene fiber, which involves sieving polytetrafluoroethylene micropowder, nano-tin dioxide and graphene nano belt on a screen machine, mixing with aviation kerosene, and rotating forward, and reversing on the mixing rack to obtain antistatic polytetrafluoroethylene mixture, putting into the drying room for curing, then putting into the hopper of the twin-screw extruder, heating and extrusion, obtaining billet, placing in an insulating water tank for heat preservation, passing through a calendar, and pressing into a film shape to obtain an antistatic polytetrafluoroethylene billet film, degreasing, sintering, drawing, acupuncture, carding, and winding the antistatic polytetrafluoroethylene blank film to obtain antistatic polytetrafluoroethylene filaments, then passing filaments through a crimping machine and a cutting machine to obtain antistatic polytetrafluoroethylene fibers; 2. an antistatic polytetrafluoroethylene needle-punched felt made of antistatic polytetrafluoroethylene fibers; and 3. a preparation method of the antistatic polytetrafluoroethylene needle-punched felt involves opening, carding, netting, and needling antistatic PTFE fiber to form an antistatic needled felt, singning, calendering, impregnating, shaping and covering antistatic PTFE needled felt, and obtaining the finished antistatic polytetrafluoroethylene needle-punched felt.
