NOVELTY - Preparation of carbon nanotubes and graphene hybrid reinforced metal matrix composite material involves uniformly mixing graphene oxide and carbon nanotubes into inorganic solvent; drying and reducing under protection of inert gas at 300-700 degrees C for 2-8 hours to obtain carbon nanotubes graphene mixed powder; adding mixed powder to organic solvent; ultrasonic stirring at room temperature to obtain carbon nanotubes graphene dispersion; adding metal matrix powder into dispersion; stirring; vacuum drying mixture; and extrusion forming dried mixture. USE - Preparation of carbon nanotubes and graphene hybrid reinforced metal matrix composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides good dispersion effect, has easy operation and short process flow, less introduction of new impurities, and less environmental pollution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of carbon nanotubes and graphene hybrid reinforced metal matrix composite material comprises preparing carbon nanotubes graphene dispersion; and preparing carbon nanotubes graphene metal matrix composites. The preparation of carbon nanotube graphene dispersion involves adding certain amount of graphene oxide and carbon nanotubes into inorganic solvent; uniformly mixing to obtain carbon nanotube graphene oxide dispersion; drying dispersion; reducing dried powder under protection of inert gas at 300-700 degrees C for 2-8 hours to obtain carbon nanotubes graphene mixed powder; adding carbon nanotubes graphene mixed powder to organic solvent; ultrasonic stirring at room temperature to obtain carbon nanotubes graphene dispersion.
