NOVELTY - Composite material comprises 70-85 pts. wt. modified zinc oxide, 1-5 pts. wt. silica, 8-12 pts. wt. cerium oxide, 2-5 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. manganese carbonate and 1-4 pts. wt. calcium aluminate. The modified zinc oxide is formed by mixing zinc oxide, nano silver and sodium alginate. USE - Composite material for preparing a zinc oxide varistor. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has wide source, low cost, simple preparation, high production efficiency, and it will not cause secondary damage to the chip. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a composite material for preparing a zinc oxide varistor, which involves: (A) weighing silica, cerium oxide, graphene, manganese carbonate, calcium aluminate is put into a ball mill and ground to 400-600 mesh, and drying to mixed powder; (B) transferring the obatined mixed powder to the horizontal sand in the mill, adding polyvinyl alcohol sand crushing for 0.5-0.8 hours to assist the addition of the slurry; (C) subjecting the modified zinc oxide into a ball mill and ground to 400-600 mesh, transferring to a bedroom sander, sanded with dopamine solution for 1-2 hours, and spray-drying to obtain a main material; and (D) adding the main material, auxiliary, slurry, deionized water and sanding for 0.5-0.8 hours, spray-drying, presses and finally sintering in a closed atmosphere at a high temperature circuit to obtain the desired product.
