NOVELTY - Light valve, comprises a first transparent electrode formed on the first transparent substrate. A second transparent electrode is formed on the second transparent substrate. The light control layer comprises a polymer matrix. The polymer matrix is composed of siloxane copolymer. The siloxane copolymer is composed of siloxane oligomers and crosslinkable silane coupling agent monomers in acid catalyst and reaction control which can be obtained through sufficient premixing and copolymerization under the action of the agent, and no organic solvent is used in the synthesis process. USE - Used as light valve. ADVANTAGE - The inventive light valve has excellent thermal aging resistance. It exhibits better thermal stability under the harsh comparison condition, at the same time, because there is no solvent-free synthesis condition. It also avoids the problem of organic solvent in the synthetic production process and so a series, and satisfies wide application requirement.
