NOVELTY - A high-stability guide rail lubricating oil comprises 100 pts. wt. base oil, 0.1-3 pts. wt., preferably 0.5-1 pt. wt. graphene, 0.5-5 pts. wt., preferably 2-3 pts. wt. organomolybdenum, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. barium petroleum sulfonate, 0.5-2 pts. wt. polyisobutene, 0.5-2 pts. wt. antirust agent, 0.5-3 pts. wt. corrosion inhibitor, 0.1-2 pts. wt. bactericide, 1-5 pts. wt. pour point depressant, and 0.1-1 pt. wt. demulsifier. USE - High-stability guide rail lubricating oil. ADVANTAGE - The high-stability guide rail lubricating oil enables efficient friction control and excellent anti-climbing ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the lubricating oil, which involves adding petroleum barium sulfonate to base oil, heating to 100-120 degrees C, stirring at constant temperature at 300-500 rpm for 30 minutes or more, cooling to 60-80 degrees C, adding polyisobutene, antirust agent, corrosion inhibitor, and bactericide, stirring at constant temperature at 300-500 rpm for 10 minutes or more to obtain a mixed solution, adding graphene and organomolybdenum to the mixed solution, ultrasonically treating at 30-40 kHz for 10-20 minutes, adding the pour point depressant and demulsifier, stirring at 60-80 degrees C for 30 minutes or more, cooling to room temperature, and grinding for 30 minutes or more.
