NOVELTY - The preparation of modified silicon-based cathode pole component, involves (1) performing amination treatment to silicon-based material to obtain aminated silicon-based material, and (2) mixing aminated silicon-based material, conductive agent and bonding agent by dry method to obtain cathode film by shearing fibrosis and roller pressure, and compounding cathode film with current collector. USE - Preparation of modified silicon-based cathode pole component for lithium ion battery (claimed) used in electric automobile. ADVANTAGE - The method enables aminating silicon-based cathode surface, reinforcing the hydrogen bond force between the binder and the cathode material, thereby improving the bonding force, and improving the pole component performance of dry cathode, thereby improving the performance of the battery, and the method is simple and easy to control.
