▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing carbon black-based grapheme comprises (i) catalytically graphitizing carbon black to obtain graphitized carbon black, (ii) adding urea into the graphitized carbon black, grinding the graphitized carbon black and peeling intercalation compound with urea, where the mass ratio of the graphitized carbon black to the urea is (3-10):1, and (iii) calcining the intercalation compound at 300-500degreesC. USE - The grapheme is useful in conductive polymer material, energy storage and conversion devices, electronic device, sensor, and biomedicine. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple. The graphene: has high yield, no raw material waste problem, high carbon content, high purity, low impurity content; is economical, is good for mass production of graphite; has good dispersibility in polyethylene, high reinforcing property; reduces the resistor molecular material in the lower dosage; can make the urea completely decomposed; improves the graphitized carbon black of the peeling effect and volume expansion; can completely decompose urea; improves peeling carbon black; and reduces the burning loss of graph.
