NOVELTY - Preparation of porous three-dimensional graphene includes adding carbonate or bicarbonate salt to graphene oxide solution, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene oxide-carbonate or bicarbonate mixed liquid, adding with alkali solution to regulate the pH of the mixture, simultaneously adding reducing agent, conducting hydrothermal reaction to obtain reduced graphene oxide-carbonate or bicarbonate gel, freeze drying to obtain graphene-carbonate or bicarbonate solid, adding acid solution, reacting, releasing the gas, washing, cooling and drying to obtain the product. USE - Preparation of porous three-dimensional graphene (claimed) used e.g. for thermal composite material, energy storage material and adsorbing material. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation and low cost and provides porous three-dimensional graphene with high conductivity and large specific surface area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of porous three-dimensional graphene comprises taking graphene oxide as raw material, adding carbonate or bicarbonate salt to graphene oxide solution, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene oxide-carbonate or bicarbonate mixed liquid, adding with alkali solution to regulate the pH of the mixture, simultaneously adding reducing agent, adding the reaction mixture into a reaction kettle, conducting hydrothermal reaction to obtain reduced graphene oxide-carbonate or bicarbonate gel, freeze drying to obtain graphene-carbonate or bicarbonate solid, adding acid solution, reacting, releasing the gas, washing, cooling and drying to obtain the product.
