NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/silk protein/Salix nanocomposite, involves dispersing Salix cellulose in deionized water, adding sodium periodate to obtain sodium periodate modified Salix cellulose, dripping ferric salt solution in silk protein solution, dripping calcium chloride solution, adding sodium periodate modified Salix cellulose, introducing liquid nitrogen to obtain porous magnetic composite material, immersing composite material in graphene oxide solution, placing in reducing agent solution and drying to obtain final product. USE - Method for preparing graphene/silk protein/Salix nanocomposite (claimed) for sewage treatment and optoelectronic device. ADVANTAGE - The environmentally-friendly method enables preparation of reusable graphene/silk protein/Salix nanocomposite with excellent mechanical properties, regular structure and high porosity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing graphene/silk protein/Salix nanocomposite, involves (S1) peeling Salix, crushing over 50-100 mesh sieve, drying at 80-100 degrees C, cooling to obtain Salix powder, adding Salix powder to autoclave, adding anhydrous ethanol-acetic acid mixture in bath ratio of 1:10, heating at 100-160 degrees C, stirring for 1-5 hours, cooling, filtering, washing with anhydrous ethanol for 2-5 times, repeatedly rinsing with deionized water, drying to obtain Salix cellulose, (S2) dispersing Salix cellulose in deionized water in bath ratio of 1:50, adding 1-20 g/L sodium periodate, carrying out the reaction in dark at 50-80 degrees C for 30-60 minutes, repeatedly washing with deionized water, centrifuging, drying to obtain sodium periodate modified Salix cellulose, (S3) dissolving silk protein in deionized water, formulating into 1-100 g/L aqueous solution, heating at 50-80 degrees C, slowly dripping 1-100 g/L ferric salt aqueous solution in silk protein aqueous solution, stirring, dripping 1-5% concentration of calcium chloride solution at a rate of 30 drops/minute, adjusting pH to 10-12, uniformly stirring at 60 degrees C for 1 hour, slowly adding sodium periodate modified Salix cellulose, placing in mold, introducing liquid nitrogen for 1 minute, placing in refrigerator at -20 degrees C for 6 hours, carrying out thermo cryogenic freezing process -80 degrees C for 6 hours, placing in freeze-drying machine for 48 hours to obtain porous magnetic composite material, (S4) configuring concentration of 0.1-100 g/L graphene oxide solution, ultrasonically processing for 1 hour, immersing magnetic porous composite material in graphene oxide solution in bath ratio of 1:50 for 10-120 minutes, repeatedly washing with ethanol and deionized water, vacuum drying, (S5) carrying out immersing and drying process for 1-10 times, placing in reducing agent solution for reduction, repeatedly washing with ethanol and deionized water and drying in vacuum to obtain final product. The quality of acetic acid is 3-5 wt.%. The mass ratio of silk protein and ferric salt is 1:1-10:1.
