NOVELTY - Preparation of high-quality graphene involves adding oxidized graphite to deionized water, ultrasonically stripping, obtaining enriched graphene solution, adding obtained graphene solution to sulfuric acid, carrying out electrochemical reduction at voltage of 1.5 V for 10 minutes to 2 hours, filtering and washing. USE - Preparation of high-quality graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides high-quality graphene by simple method with high yield, with reduced consumption of energy without affecting the environment.
