NOVELTY - Modifying front end cover of mechanical poking air hole machine cylinder comprises using a detachable sealing head; dividing sealing head and a front end cover into two parts and connecting by a thread structure; where a sealing head adopts a double-sealing structure; two AQ reverse sealing can control air leakage rate of a cylinder; a piston rod supporting sleeve adopts graphene copper sleeve; embedding the piston rod support sleeve in the front-end cover; and the front end of the cylinder is provided with a first cover body and a second cover body. USE - The cylinder is used in technical field of non-ferrous metallurgy. ADVANTAGE - The method enables designing and improving a current air cylinder front end cover, changing a sealing structure of the cover, so that a material of a piston rod supporting sleeve reduces air leakage rate and repair rate of a mechanical poking air hole machine cylinder, thus greatly reducing abrasion of a cylinder piston rod and the cover when changing the sealing is convenient, and hence improving use efficiency of the device to improve mechanical poking working efficiency. The method allows a sealing head to adopt double-sealing structure so as to effectively control air leakage of the cylinder.
