NOVELTY - Preparing battery anode material comprises mixing phthalocyanine copper, conductive substrate and adhesive to obtain the mixture, and electrostatic spinning to obtain the battery anode material, where the mass percentage of the copper phthalocyanine in the mixture is less than or equal to60%. The conductive base body comprises conductive carbon black, acetylene black, graphene and carbon nano tube. The mixture comprises solvent. The solvent is dimethyl formamide and/or N, N-dimethyl acetamide. USE - The method for preparing battery anode material is used in lithium battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Tthe battery anode has high specific capacity and cycle stability.
