▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene/aqueous polyurethane composite material comprises 30-40 pts. wt. polyether glycol, 8-12 pts. wt. polycarbonate diol, 10-20 pts. wt. diisocyanate, 10-20 pts. wt. chain extender, 6-10 pts. wt. triethylamine, 1-5 pts. wt. organic phosphorus flame retardant, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene and 10-20 pts. wt. reducing agent. The polyether glycol includes polytetrahydrofuran ether glycol and tetrahydrofuran-propylene oxide copolymer glycol. USE - Graphene/aqueous polyurethane composite material used in coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene/aqueous polyurethane composite material has excellent mechanical properties and flame retardant properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of the graphene/aqueous polyurethane composite material, which involves (1) preparing a graphene oxide dispersion by an improved Hummers method, (2) after pre-polymerization of polyether diol, polycarbonate diol and diisocyanate, mixing with chain extender and catalyst for polymerization reaction, then adding triethylamine, stirring to obtain the aqueous polyurethane emulsion, (3) after reacting the graphene oxide dispersion obtained in step (1), the aqueous polyurethane emulsion obtained in step (2), and a reducing agent, adding organic phosphorus flame retardant and mixing uniformly.
