NOVELTY - A lubricant comprises 15-20 %mass lamellar nanoparticles, 7-11 %mass dispersing agent and remainder of base oil. The lamellar nanoparticles comprise 6-10 %mass tungsten disulfide nanoparticles, 0.5-1.5 %mass graphene nanoparticles and 8-12 %mass nano-boron nitride particles. USE - Lubricant is used for mold. ADVANTAGE - The high-temperature forging lubricant has excellent film-forming property, and efficiently improves surface quality of forging. The mold provided using the lubricant has excellent wear resistance.
