▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-titanium dioxide composite nano-material loaded with nickel screen comprises weighing 25-35 wt.% metal oxide, 10-20 wt.% clay, 5-10 wt.% quartz, 5-10 wt.% potassium sodium feldspar, 30-50 wt.% graphene, 30-40 wt.% titanium dioxide and balance nickel, mixing clay, quartz, potassium sodium feldspar and water into mixed material, uniformly coating on nickel, completely covering nickel and putting on kiln for baking to get nickel ceramic carrier; and soaking ceramic nickel carrier on first soaking sol, drying, and soaking in second soaking sol. USE - The method is used for preparing graphene-titanium dioxide composite nano-material loaded with nickel screen. ADVANTAGE - The method can realize firm coating, and can improve service life to more than 3 years.
