NOVELTY - Preparation method of nanocomposite film involves oxidizing graphite to obtain graphene oxide, preparing positively charged graphene oxide-polymer compound solution, a series of soaking and washing a substrate with positively charged decoration on the surface in a negatively charged polyelectrolyte solution, positively charged polyelectrolyte solution, and positively charged graphene oxide-polymer compound solution to obtain multilayer film on the substrate, heating, hot crosslinking, cooling to room temperature, soaking in an acid solution, automatically separating, and drying. USE - Manufacturing method of nanocomposite polymer film for microelectronics, machinery manufacturing and chemical industry. ADVANTAGE - The manufacturing method is simple, and does not require complicated instruments and devices. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation method of high-strength polymer nanocomposite film involves oxidizing graphite to obtain graphene oxide, preparing positively charged graphene oxide-polymer compound solution, soaking a substrate with positively charged decoration on the surface in a negatively charged polyelectrolyte solution, taking out and washing with water, soaking in a positively charged polyelectrolyte solution, taking out and washing with water, soaking in the negatively charged polyelectrolyte solution for 5-30 minutes, taking out and washing with water, soaking into the positively charged graphene oxide-polymer compound solution for 5-30 minutes, taking out and washing with water, repeating the soaking and washing steps to obtain multilayer film on the substrate, heating multilayer film at 100-250 degrees C, hot crosslinking for 1-10 hours, cooling to room temperature, and soaking the multilayer film in an acid solution for 1-2 hours, automatically separating, and drying at the room temperature to obtain high-strength film material.
