NOVELTY - Fluorine-doped graphene nanosheet-based lithium ion battery is prepared by mixing fluorine-doped graphene, acetylene black and polyvinylidene fluoride at 75-85:5-15:10 mass ratio to prepare cathode material of lithium ion battery, using electrolyte comprising 1 M lithium phosphorus hexafluoride (LiPF6) solution and solution of ethylene carbonate and dimethyl carbonate at 1:1 volume ratio, where fluorine-doped graphene nanosheet mainly contains carbon difluoride (CF2) and fluorine-doped graphene is prepared by uniformly dispersing reduced graphene oxide in ethanol, adding hydrofluoric acid, placing in a reaction kettle, heating at 120-180 degrees C to react, after the reaction, naturally cooling to room temperature to 20-25 degrees C, centrifuging, washing with water and drying. USE - Fluorine-doped graphene nanosheet-based lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The battery uses inexpensive and easy to obtain raw materials and has simple graphene doping technique and greatly improved electrical performance.
