▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Production of carbon-based light emitting material which emits light having a wavelength of 550-700 nm when exposed to excitation light having a wavelength of 300-600 nm, involves mixing and heating a raw material comprising ascorbic acid, an acid catalyst containing an inorganic acid, and a solvent. USE - Production of carbon-based light emitting material e.g. graphene quantum dots. ADVANTAGE - The method enables production of carbon-based light emitting material with improved luminescence quantum yield, light emitting properties and chemical stability. The carbon-based light emitting material obtained from the method emits red fluorescence.
