NOVELTY - Aqueous graphene conductive alkyd resin comprises 20-30 wt.% ricinoleic acid, 5-10 wt.% neopentyl glycol, 10-15 wt.% trimethylolpropane, 15-20 wt.% m-phenylene, 5-10 wt.% trimellitic anhydride, 15-20 wt.% diethylene glycol butyl ether, 10-15 wt.% butanol, and 5-100 wt.% graphene-xylene solution. USE - Aqueous graphene conductive alkyd resin used for conductive coating. ADVANTAGE - The product has high performance on conductive coating. The conductive coating has improved mechanical strength and electrical conductivity and high density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of conductive alkyd resin comprising adding ricinoleic acid, neopentyl glycol, trimethylolpropane, m-phenylene and graphene-xylene solution into reaction kettle and covering; reacting at 130-140 degrees C for 1-1.5 hours, stirring, and condensing with carbon dioxide and water; reacting at 178-182 degrees C for 0.8-1.2 hours and esterifying for 0.8-1.2 hours; reacting at 215-220 degrees C for 0.8-1.2 hours; measuring acid value at 8.5 mg potassium hydroxide (KOH)/g and cooling with cooling water; cooling to 175-180 degrees C, adding trimellitic anhydride, controlling acid value to 52-65 mg KOH/g at 175-180 degrees C, and cooling with cooling water; cooling to 165-170 degrees C and adding diethylene glycol butyl ether and butanol; and cooling to 100-110 degrees C, filtering, taking out, and packaging.
