▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Surface modified silica/graphene oxide nano-composite material, is claimed. The nano-composite material is prepared by binding amino group to silica nanoparticles and binding carboxy and epoxy functional group on both sides of two-dimensional graphene oxide nano-sheets to form an amide bond, and to obtain a covalently bound silica/graphene oxide nano-composite. The mass ratio of graphene oxide and amino group-containing silica nanoparticle is 1:2-10. The amino group-containing silica nanoparticle is a core-shell structure of nuclear amino coated silicon dioxide. USE - Used as a surface modified silica/graphene oxide nano-composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method is short, economical and suitable for large scale industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing surface modified silica/graphene oxide nano-composite material, comprising dissolving the amino group-containing silica sol and graphene oxide in N,N-dimethylformamide respectively, where the mass fraction of amino group-containing silica in silica sol is 2-10 times to the amount of dilute solution of graphene oxide, and the concentration of silica sol and graphene oxide is 0.1-2 mg/ml, drop-wisely adding the amino group-containing silica sol-N,N-dimethylformamide solution into graphene oxide-N,N-dimethylformamide solution at a rate of 1-3 drops/second, stirring for 1 hour, ultrasonicating for 20-30 minutes, raising temperature for 10-12 hours, reacting for 2 hours by bouncing back for every 10 minutes, repeatedly washing with N,N-dimethylformamide ultrasonically, then filtering.
