▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene oxide reinforced water-based plastic coating comprises 1-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 30-60 pts. wt. water-based acrylic resin, 5-15 pts. wt. aqueous amino resin, 5-15 pts. wt. ferrite powder, 10-40 pts. wt. deionized water, 5-20 pts. wt. cosolvent, and 1-10 pts. wt. additive. USE - Graphene oxide reinforced water-based plastic coating. ADVANTAGE - The heat dissipation of the coating is improved. The safe use of computer, communication and consumer electronics is ensured. The coating has excellent electromagnetic shielding effectiveness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene oxide reinforced water-based plastic coating, which involves (S1) dispersing a single layer of graphene oxide in deionized water, ultrasonically stirring and dispersing for 20 minutes to obtain a uniformly dispersed graphene oxide solution, (S2) thoroughly mixing the graphene oxide solution and a portion of the aqueous acrylic resin, adding the ferrite powder, and grinding the fineness to 20 mu m or less by a sand mill to obtain a mixed component A, (S3) adding the remaining amount of water-based acrylic resin, aqueous amino resin, co-solvent and additive to the paint control kettle in proportion, and dispersing uniformly with a high-speed disperser, adding the mixed component A, and uniformly dispersing the mixture at a high speed, and then filtering with a 200-mesh filter cloth.
