▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A graphene-based composite material preparing method involves cleaning a current collector, and placing the current collector on a heating plate. Aqueous solution and an active material of oxidized graphene are dispersed in mixed solution. The mixture is stirred and ultrasonic treatment is performed on the mixture. The mixture is uniformized and transferred to a syringe. A high-voltage electrostatic field is applied between the syringe and a base plate, and liquid is fed. The mixture is deposited for 2-10 hours to obtain a graphene-active material/current collector composite material. USE - Method for preparing a graphene-based composite material that is utilized for a super-capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the graphene-based composite material in a simple and easy manner, solving the problem of agglomeration, and facilitating the separation of lithium ions in the material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene-based composite material preparing method involves cleaning a current collector, and placing the current collector on a heating plate. An aqueous solution and an active material of oxidized graphene are dispersed in a mixed solution consisting of water, ethanol, ethylene glycol and propylene glycol. The mixture is stirred and ultrasonic treatment is performed on the mixture. The mixture is uniformized and transferred to a syringe. A high-voltage electrostatic field is applied between the syringe and a base plate, and liquid is fed at pushing speed of 3-15 ml/h. The heating temperature of the heating plate is kept at 200-300 degrees C and the mixture is deposited for 2-10 hours to obtain a graphene-active material/current collector composite material.
