DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of phenolic resin comprising reacting phenolic compound, alkaline catalyst, aldehyde compound and graphene at 60-90 degrees C, and reacting the reaction product and alcohol compound at less than 40 degrees C to obtain a phenol-formaldehyde resin; and (2) vehicle filter paper prepared from phenolic resin.
