NOVELTY - The process and/or apparatus comprises an electrolytic cell that includes highly electrically conductive electrodes coated with a catalyst. The highly electrically conductive electrodes are selected from copper electrodes or graphene electrodes or combinations. The electrolytic cell further includes a highly conductive membrane which is selected from copper membranes or graphene membranes or combinations. USE - Process and/or apparatus for use in electrolysis of water to produce hydrogen. ADVANTAGE - The electrolytic cell is capable of producing hydrogen with high energy efficiency and high conversion efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an electrolytic cell.
