NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide-biomass composite adsorbent comprises orderly adding graphite, concentrated sulfuric acid, potassium permanganate, deionized water, hydrogen peroxide into a three-mouth bottle under the condition of stirring, washing with deionized water, centrifuging to neutral, ultrasonically stripping to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, adding bagasse, grass powder to the mixture of sodium hydroxide and urea, stirring, freezing and storing to obtain the biomass solution, adding graphene oxide dispersion liquid and biomass solution into the reaction kettle, reacting for 2 hours at 90 degrees C, washing by deionized water to neutral, centrifuging and separating, cooling to dry. USE - The adsorbent is useful in the field of sewage treatment. ADVANTAGE - The method: has good stability, rich functional groups, enhances the adsorption capacity and stability of the adsorbent; can form a stable complex with the heavy metal ion e.g. lead ion in the sewage through the coordination bond; absorbs the complex on the surface of the adsorbent, so as to realize the adsorption of heavy metal ion in the sewage. The adsorbent: has hydroxy and carboxy group-containing electron-containing active group, which are typical electron donor; and has excellent adsorption effect and sewage treatment effect.
