▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Silicon integrated artificial neuron comprises a top electrode, an amorphous layer and a silicon substrate. The top electrode has good absorption to light. The amorphous layer is semiconductor material with enough intrinsic defect. USE - The neuron is useful in optical information extraction device, nerve form vision system and artificial intelligence. ADVANTAGE - The neuron: enables modulating the carrier by the capture and release of the dynamics process to modulate the photoconductive; has wide spectrum response fast light response and high output signal contrast.
