▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing platinum-cobalt alloy catalyst involves dispersing the conductive carbon carrier in 2-6C dihydric alcohol and/or 3-6C trihydric alcohol solution, and adjusting the pH of the solution to 7.2-8, dissolving the cobalt precursor in the 2-6C dihydric alcohol and/or the 3-6C trihydric alcohol solution and adding dropwise to the carbon dispersion, heating up to 80-120?oC and reacting for 1-4 hours to obtain cobalt oxide/carbon precursor, continue to adding the 2-6C dihydric alcohol of platinum precursor or 3-6C trihydric alcohol solution be down to room temperature, adjusted the pH of the reaction system to strong alkaline (pH value of 11-14), continue to be warmed up to 110-150degrees Celsius reaction to reduce platinum to obtain cobalt oxide platinum/carbon intermediate, filtered, washed and dried to obtain platinum cobalt oxide/carbon catalyst intermediate. The platinum cobalt oxide/carbon alloy is obtained by heating and activation in a reducing atmosphere. USE - Method for preparing platinum-cobalt alloy catalyst used in fuel cells, electrochemical sensors or metal-air batteries (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has small average particle diameter, narrow size distribution, no obvious agglomeration phenomenon, and high catalytic reaction activity.
