NOVELTY - Anti-scratch PC modified material comprises 92-97 %mass polycarbonate (PC) resin, 2-5 %mass ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), 0.5-2 %mass graphene oxide, 0.2-0.5 %mass nucleating agent, and 0.05-0.5 %mass antioxidant. USE - Anti-scratch polycarbonate modified material used in luggage product (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The anti-scratch polycarbonate modified material improves surface hardness, improves surface lubrication performance, maintains lamellar structure, and has improved scratch resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the anti-scratch PC modified material comprising heating the dry PC resin and nucleating agent to 200-220 degrees C to melt and mixing, adding UHMWPE, graphene oxide/silane-modified graphene oxide, and antioxidant for extrusion and granulation, and controlling the extrusion temperature to 230-250 degrees C.
