NOVELTY - Complex comprises an ionic bond, graphene oxide, and surface-modified carbon black inserted into graphene layers of graphene oxide and having an organic compound, where the surface-modified carbon black has an amine group and a halogen group with a carbonyl group-containing organic substances. USE - The complex is useful in an electrode of an electrochemical energy storage device, a secondary battery and a super capacitor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The complex has charge mobility of 1000-20000 cm/Vs, improves charge and discharge property of the devices, has high conductivity and charge mobility, and can be prepared in a simple and inexpensive manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing complex comprising adding surface-modified carbon black having organic compound in graphene oxide and then mixing the mixture.
