▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing methanol by the carbon dioxide conversion route in a photocatalytic process, comprises providing a base liquid in the form of demineralized and carbon dioxide-saturated water to a reaction tank (1), providing graphene material, exposing the contents of the reaction tank to an electromagnetic radiation beam with a wavelength in the UV-visible (VIS)-far infrared (FIR) radiation range that is generated by the emitter. USE - The method is useful for producing methanol by the carbon dioxide conversion route in a photocatalytic process. ADVANTAGE - The method utilizes the emitter that operates in a continuous or pulsed mode, thus emitting electromagnetic waves with a wavelength of 400-1100 nm, preferably 650-1100 nm. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an installation for producing methanol by the carbon dioxide conversion route in the photocatalytic process, comprising a reaction tank made of a transparent material partially or completely transmittable for the UV-VIS-FIR wavelength, connected from the top to a base liquid tank (9) provided with a programmable injection pump and connected from the top to a vapor condenser subsystem (13), where the vapor condenser subsystem is connected in the upper part to a deaerator (14) and in the lower part to an intermediate tank for methanol, and further the intermediate tank through a valve (16) is connected to the target tank for methanol equipped with a programmable pump, the reaction tank further contains a graphene suspension and the reaction tank is connected from the top by a carrier gas supply to a process controller connected to the carrier gas installation, in the part where the reaction tank is made of transparent material partially or completely transmittable for the UV-VIS-FIR wavelengths, there is an optical system equipped with a light sensor and connected by an optical fiber to an electromagnetic radiation emitter, where the reaction tank is embedded in the body by means of a mounting and additionally in the lower part of the reaction tank there is a temperature sensor, and in the upper part of the reaction tank there is a pressure sensor. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The figure shows a vertical cross-section of the device for producing methanol in production cycle.
