▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing polyacrylonitrile/graphene-based composite airgels involves adding polyacrylonitrile, graphene oxide, where polyacrylonitrile is oxidized. The polyacrylonitrile and graphene are mixed in mass ratio of (8:1)-(1:5). The polyacrylonitrile is disperesed in polar solvent to obtain stable polyacrylonitrile solution. The stable polyacrylonitrile solution is mixed with dispersion of oxidized graphene and ultrasonically stirred to obtain dispersed polyacrylonitrile/graphene oxide dispersion liquid. USE - Method for preparing polyacrylonitrile/graphene-based as absorption material in oil-water separation, oil spill cleaning and organic solvent recycling (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare polyacrylonitrile/graphene-based in simple, easy and cost effective manner that is abundant, has low density, good organic solvent adsorption ability, excellent adsorption cycle-ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing polyacrylonitrile/graphene-based composite airgels involves adding polyacrylonitrile, graphene oxide, where polyacrylonitrile is oxidized. The polyacrylonitrile/graphene oxide dispersion liquid is encapsulated in high pressure reactor and subjected to thermal reaction to obtain polyacrylonitrile/graphene gel. The prepared polyacrylonitrile/graphene gel is immersed in deionized water and solvent is exchanged to obtain polyacrylonitrile/graphene hydrogel. The prepared polyacrylonitrile/graphene hydrogel is frozen in liquid nitrogen and then freeze-dried in freeze dryer to obtain polyacrylonitrile/graphene-based composite airgels.
