NOVELTY - Preparation method of a graphene nanosheet and chitosan composite material involves dissolving intercalation agent in ethanol solvent, adding graphite powder, ultrasonically treating to obtain a graphite mixed solution, adding water to the graphite mixed solution, adding small molecules of intercalation agent to form a needle-shaped intercalation agent, filtering, adding chitosan powder to aqueous acetic acid solution, heating, cooling, adding graphite intercalation compound to the chitosan solution and stirring to obtain non-impurity graphene and chitosan mixed solution. USE - Method is useful for the preparation of a graphene nanosheet and chitosan composite material (claimed), which is useful in biomedical field. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method avoids the use of a large number of strong oxidant and strong reducing impact on the environment and the destruction of the original structure of the graphene and avoids the use of toxic and harmful organic solvents. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation method of a graphene nanosheet and chitosan composite material involves dissolving 4 parts intercalation agent in 100-300 g ethanol solvent, adding 0.0001-1 g graphite powder, ultrasonically treating for 1-72 hours to obtain a graphite mixed solution, adding 400-1200 g water to the graphite mixed solution, adding small molecules of intercalation agent to form a needle-shaped intercalation agent, filtering to remove the solvent to obtain a graphite intercalation compound, adding 2.5 g chitosan powder to 0.4% aqueous acetic acid solution, heating at 70-90 degrees C until the mixture is completely dissolved, cooling the chitosan solution to 25-50 degrees C, adding graphite intercalation compound to the chitosan solution, stirring at a high speed of 600-2500 rpm for 1-24 hours to obtain non-impurity graphene and chitosan mixed solution, dissolving 1-2 g alkaline reagent in 30-100 g water, slowly adding non-impurity graphene and chitosan mixed solution, continuously stirring at a temperature of 25-50 degrees C and a speed of 500-2500 rpm, completely reacting the alkaline reagent and the needle-shaped intercalation agent for 1-24 hours to obtain a mixed solution of graphene and chitosan, pouring the mixed solution of the graphene and chitosan to a dialysis bag, performing dialysis with flowing water for 6-12 hours to remove impurities to obtain graphene nanosheet and chitosan composite solution, pouring the graphene nanosheets and chitosan composite solution into a mold and heating at 50-100 degrees C for 6-12 hours to obtain graphene nanosheet and chitosan composite material.
