NOVELTY - Flame-resistant ABS plastic comprises 1-6 pts. wt. intrinsic graphene, 8-12 pts. wt. carbon source, 4-8 pts. wt. blowing agent, 16-20 pts. wt. catalyst, 8-20 pts. wt. dilution agent, 10-30 pts. wt. magnesium carbonate, 20-30 pts. wt. flame retardant, 20-30 pts. wt. polypropylene, 10-16 pts. wt. expanded vermiculite, 14-18 pts. wt. melamine resin, 14-18 pts. wt. nano-silica and 10-20 pts. wt. silicic acid, where the carbon source is agar. USE - Used as flame-resistant ABS plastic. ADVANTAGE - The flame-resistant ABS plastic with better plasticity is obtained, and a more stable pressing mechanism is provided to ensure the stability of the pressing force of the pressing mechanism on the upper template and the lower template. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing flame-resistant ABS plastic, comprising (i) adding melamine resin, diluent, blowing agent and magnesium carbonate into silicic acid for reaction, adding catalyst to speed up the reaction rate, where the reaction conditions are 106-128 degrees C, and the pressure is 1.4-2.4 MPa, and obtaining the mixture after 30-46 minute reaction; (ii) stirring the carbon source, flame retardant, expanded vermiculite and nano-silica at 30-45 degrees C, pressure of 0.6-1 MPa and stirring at 500-580 revolutions per minute for 30-60 minutes to obtain mixture B; (iii) adding intrinsic graphene into polypropylene for high-temperature smelting at 100-120 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, adding mixture B and mixture A, stirring and mixing evenly to obtain mixture C; (iv) adding the mixture C into a pressing mechanism at 45-75 degrees C to be compacted.
