NOVELTY - Graphene knitted fabric comprises 85-98 pts. wt. blended yarn and 2-15 pts. wt. spandex filament, where each of blended yarns is formed by blending 25-75 pts. wt. modal fiber and 25-75 pts. wt. graphene modified fibers. USE - Graphene knitted fabric used for improving blood microcirculation and relieving chronic pain. ADVANTAGE - The graphene knitted fabric has fluffy and soft hand feeling effect, excellent warmth retention, soft skin care and comfortable wearing effect on skin, adopts graphene modified fibers in blended yarn, has lower content of graphene, is prepared by simple process and economical, improves the human sub-health, and ensures excellent skin care and health care effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the graphene knitted fabric, involving (a) blending modal fibers and graphene fibers in formula to obtain blended yarns, (b) weaving blended yarn and spandex filament using knitting machine to obtain woven fabric, (c) opening woven fabric, and performing predetermined embryo process using high-temperature flat web dryer, (d) dyeing fabric after pre-determined embryo to obtain dyed fabric, (e) performing tentering on dyed fabric using high-temperature flat web dryer, (f) grinding skin-facing surface of dried fabric using carborundum roller mill, (g) performing hair cutting process using rotary knife shearing machine for performing hair cutting processing on surface of finished product, and (h) using high-temperature flat web dryer for performing tentering to form finished product, and completing shaping to obtain graphene knitted fabric.
