NOVELTY - An organic light-emitting device comprises substrate, anode, hole injection layer, hole transport layer, light-emitting layer, electron transport layer, electron injection layer, and conductive cathode, in order. The light-emitting guest material of the green light-emitting layer comprises fluorescent, phosphorescent, and thermally-activated delayed fluorescent materials which emit green light. The hole injection layer is treated with a solvent, and the etching depth of the solvent gas molecules which is controlled by adjusting the solvent treatment time and the film thickness of the hole injection layer. USE - Organic light-emitting device. ADVANTAGE - The organic light-emitting device is manufactured by vapor phase micro-etching hole injection layer film by organic solvent or acid, adjusting etching time and the film thickness of the hole injection layer to control the etching depth of the gas molecules and forming an effective surface light scattering structure, refracting and diffusing scattering light emitted from device, such that photons in the waveguide mode can be effectively emitted, increasing the luminous flux, improves the light coupling efficiency and increasing the external quantum efficiency.
