NOVELTY - Natural antibacterial plant fibre material blended by yarn comprises 5-8 wt.% graphene fiber, 15-20 wt.% bamboo and wood fiber, 20-30 wt.% peppermint fiber, and rest is large chemical fiber. USE - Natural antibacterial plant fibre material blended by yarn used for production of labor protection glove. ADVANTAGE - The natural antibacterial plant fibre material blended by yarn improves the antibacterial effect of yarn, reduces the rupture of micro-capsule in the textile, to improve the yarn of the antibacterial, and makes longer antibacterial effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing natural antibacterial plant fibre material blended, which involves: a. mixing the polyaniline solution with the ethanol solution to make an antistatic solution; b. grabing graphene fiber, mint fiber, bamboo fiber and large chemical fiber according to the raw material composition ratio; c. placing the grabbed large chemical fiber into the container, spraying the prepared antistatic solution on the surface of the large chemical fiber, and continuously stirring the large chemical fiber to mix the antistatic solution and the large chemical fiber evenly, and then sealing the container for 12 hours and mixing raw materials; d. putting the dried large chemical fiber and the graphene fiber into the cotton picker for preliminary mixing, and taking out the mixed fiber A; e. putting mint fiber and bamboo and wood fiber into the cotton grabber for preliminary mixing to obtain mixed fiber B, then putting mixed fiber A into the cotton grabber and fully mixing to obtain mixed fiber C; f. putting mixed fibers C initially mixed by the cotton picker into the multi-silo cotton mixer, and mixing raw materials to make a uniform fiber roll, putting fiber roll into the carding machine, and stretching fiber roll and mixing by the carding machine to make the fiber sliver; g. putting the fiber sliver into the drawing equipment, and drawing the sliver to make the fiber sliver; and h. feeding fiber sliver into the open-air spinning equipment from the feeding roller, combing by the opening roller, condensing and twisting rotor, automatically winding and drawing out by the take-out roller to obtain product.
