NOVELTY - Microelectrode for coronavirus nucleic acid detection comprises an insulating substrate, microelectrodes and wires prepared on the insulating substrate, and the microelectrode comprises a working electrode, an electrode and a reference electrode, and the surface of the working electrode is completely covered with graphene, and the working electrode graphene modification on the surface immobilizes the DNA probe; the DNA probe can be directly combined with the nucleic acid sequence of the coronavirus to be detected or can be combined with DNA after reverse transcription of the characteristic sequence of the coronavirus nucleic acid to be detected through base complementary pairing, and the combination causes repulsion effect makes the electrochemical label on the DNA probe contact the graphene on the surface of the microelectrode, a redox reaction occurs, and an electrochemical signal is generated.
