NOVELTY - The method involves mixing 100-200 parts of cement with 50-80 parts of fine sand. The 1-5 parts of fly ash and 1-3 parts of aliphatic powder reducing agent are added. The 100-150 parts of deionized water is added and stirred for 10-20min with 60-80degrees Celsius. The 50-70 parts of epoxy resin is sent into a 100-120degrees Celsius reactor. The 10-20 parts of modified cyclodextrin is added and 5-15 parts of pre-treated graphene are added. The mixing speed is 500-1000r/min and the mixing time is 20-30min. The initial cemented concrete material is sent to a thermal insulation room for thermal insulation treatment. The thermal insulation temperature is 60-80degreesC. The thermal insulation is completed and the cemented concrete is naturally cooled to room temperature. The cyclodextrin is combined with itaconic acid monododecyl acrylate. The mixed solution of sodium sulfonate and deionized water are mixed. USE - Method for preparing aggregate composite cementing concrete for repairing road. Uses include but not limited to shipbuilding industry, machinery industry, marine development and geothermal engineering. ADVANTAGE - The epoxy resin is improved by cyclodextrin, so that the epoxy resin is formed into a transition material. The outer cavity of the cyclodextrin is treated with ene to improve the bonding strength between the raw materials, thus, improving the strength performance of the product. The stabilizing sleeve block and the stabilizing sleeve column are connected and coordinated to realize the downward movement of the contact block. The hinged joint block moves to realize the extension of the hinged spring. The reinforced screw area is threadedly connected with a reinforced screw plate, thus, realizing that the connecting rod drives the disturbing plate to move and improving the mixing effect of materials. The rope is realized to rotate around the shaft, while meshing the gear with the rack. The movable buckle is clamped with the buckle groove on the preparation shaft, to realize the limit of the preparation shaft.
