NOVELTY - Graphene field effect transistor biosensor has a substrate provided with a high-k dielectric layer. The high-k dielectric layer is provided with a source electrode, a drain electrode and a graphene channel layer. The source electrode and the drain electrode are respectively fixed on two ends of the graphene channel layer. The graphene channel layer is made of Prussian blue material. The Prussian blue material is made of biological identification molecular layer. Thickness of the high-k dielectric layer is 0.1-0.3 microns. USE - Graphene field effect transistor biosensor. ADVANTAGE - The biosensor makes the hydrogen peroxide generated by the enzyme catalysis substrate react with the electric medium substance Prussian blue, and directly injects the reaction electron or leads out the graphene channel, which effectively improves the detection sensitivity and selectivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a graphene field effect transistor biosensor, which involves: (A) using a metal foil as a substrate, growing a graphene film, and transferring the graphene film to a substrate as a graphene channel layer through micro-nano processing technology, and forming source and drain electrodes are on both ends of the graphene channel layer; and (B) depositing Prussian blue on the graphene channel layer and modifying biomolecule recognition layer on Prussian blue by chemical methods.
