▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Improving mechanical properties of thermoplastic carbon fiber composite comprises (i) uniformly dispersing graphene oxide in water to obtain a graphene oxide solution, (ii) uniformly dispersing carbon fibers in the graphene oxide solution obtained in the step (i) and drying to obtain carbon fiber coated with the graphene oxide, and (iii) melt-blending the graphene oxide-coated carbon fiber and polyphenylene ether to obtain the composite material. USE - The method is useful for improving the mechanical properties of the thermoplastic carbon fiber composite. ADVANTAGE - The composite has tensile strength and Young's modulus of 116% and 193%.
