NOVELTY - Preparing silicone rubber composite insulating material with excellent mechanical properties comprises (i) adding silane coupling agent to anhydrous ethanol under magnetic stirring, fully mixing, adding graphene nanosheets, stirring and heating up to 60-80 degrees C, removing ethanol, and naturally cooling, (ii) dispersing solid mixture naturally cooled in step (i) in mixed solvent of acetone and deionized water in ultrasonic cleaner, filtering and cleaning with suction, and vacuum drying to obtain modified graphene nanosheets, (iii) placing the modified graphene nanosheets into a ball milling tank, adding agate balls, dropping adding silane coupling agent, sealing, placing them into a ball mill for ball milling, placing them in drying oven to dry, and obtaining pretreated nano fillers, (iv) adding 110 methyl vinyl silicone rubber to white carbon black, taking out and cooling it after mixing, and adding vulcanizing agent to fully mix on the open mill.. USE - The method is useful for preparing silicone rubber composite insulating material with excellent mechanical properties. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent nonlinear conductivity and dielectric properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing silicone rubber composite insulating material with excellent mechanical properties comprises (i) adding silane coupling agent to anhydrous ethanol under magnetic stirring, fully mixing, adding graphene nanosheets, stirring and heating up to 60-80 degrees C, removing ethanol, and naturally cooling, (ii) dispersing solid mixture naturally cooled in step (i) in mixed solvent of acetone and deionized water in ultrasonic cleaner, filtering and cleaning with suction, and vacuum drying to obtain modified graphene nanosheets, (iii) placing the modified graphene nanosheets into a ball milling tank, adding agate balls, dropping adding silane coupling agent, sealing, placing them into a ball mill for ball milling, placing them in drying oven to dry, and obtaining pretreated nano fillers, (iv) adding 110 methyl vinyl silicone rubber to white carbon black, taking out and cooling it after mixing, adding vulcanizing agent to fully mix on the open mill, adding muscovite to increase mold release, adding pretreated nano-filler to the silicone rubber, and continuously mixing to obtain doped silicone rubber composite material, (v) using customized mold to vulcanize the doped silicone rubber composite material for the first time to obtain a silicone rubber sheet, taking out customized mold and silicone rubber sheet, and cooling to room temperature, and (vi) hanging silicon rubber sheet cooled to room temperature in an oven for heating, and performing secondary vulcanization of the silicon rubber sheet in vulcanizer to obtain silicon rubber composite insulating material.
