NOVELTY - Absorbable magnesium alloy with tissue regeneration comprises 10-20 wt.% aluminum, 10-30 wt.% zinc, 0.5-10 wt.% manganese, 1-10 wt.% titanium dioxide, 15-20 wt.% graphene, the balance is magnesium (Mg) based on the total weight of the magnesium alloy being 100%. USE - Absorbable magnesium alloy with tissue regeneration. ADVANTAGE - The absorbable magnesium alloy with tissue regeneration improves and expands the application range and performance of the absorbable magnesium alloy repair system, good ductility, excellent antibacterial properties and biocompatibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing absorbable magnesium alloy with tissue regeneration, which involves: (A) putting the proper amount of titanium dioxide powder, graphene and magnesium alloy in the ball mill according to the proportion under the protective atmosphere; (B) obtaining the mixed powder by high-speed ball milling; (C) preparing the magnesium alloy with antibacterial function by laser selective melting under the protective atmosphere; (D) putting the cast magnesium alloy in a vacuum tube furnace, at 280-500 degrees C, solution treatment for 10-30 hours; and (E) aging at 220-480 degrees C for 20-60 hours.
